These Online Check-In & Booking Terms ("Online Check-In Terms") govern your use of any online check-in, booking, waitlist, scheduling, estimated wait time, service availability, stylist availability, location selection, confirmation, notification, or related digital feature made available by or on behalf of Just 4 Him Men's Haircuts ("Just 4 Him," "we," "our," or "us").
These Online Check-In Terms apply whenever you access, use, rely on, submit information through, receive information from, or otherwise interact with any online check-in or booking feature connected to Just 4 Him Men's Haircuts.

BookedBy may sync, connect, exchange information with, or rely on information from Salon Ultimate or other systems used by Just 4 Him Men's Haircuts locations.
Because online check-in and booking features may depend on information moving between systems, certain information displayed online may not always update instantly or accurately.

Online check-in, booking, waitlist, scheduling, estimated wait time, and related digital features are provided for customer convenience only.
Unless a specific participating location clearly states otherwise in writing, using an online check-in or booking feature does not create a guaranteed appointment, guaranteed reservation, guaranteed service time, guaranteed wait time, guaranteed place in line, or guaranteed right to immediate service.
Online check-in and booking features are intended to assist with customer flow and communication, but actual service depends on real-time shop conditions, staffing, customer arrivals, service duration, system availability, and location-specific procedures.
No Guarantee of Immediate Service
Submitting an online check-in, booking request, waitlist entry, or similar request does not guarantee immediate service upon arrival.
You may still be required to wait after arriving at the location.
Actual service timing may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to:

The location may serve other customers if you are not present when called, if you arrive late, if you cannot be located, or if your requested stylist or barber is no longer available.
No-Show and Cancellation Handling
If you submit an online check-in, booking request, waitlist request, or appointment-related request and do not arrive, the applicable location may treat the request as a no-show.
No-show or abandoned check-ins may be canceled, removed, delayed, marked inactive, or otherwise handled according to location procedures.
A location may also cancel, adjust, or remove a check-in or booking if:
The customer cannot be contacted
The customer does not arrive within a reasonable time
The location closes
The requested service is unavailable
The selected stylist or barber is unavailable
The system shows duplicate entries
The booking or check-in appears incorrect
The customer provided inaccurate information

Confirmation Messages Are Not Guarantees
A confirmation page, confirmation number, confirmation email, confirmation text message, app notification, or similar communication confirms only that information was submitted, received, processed, or displayed through the applicable system.
A confirmation does not guarantee:
Immediate service
A specific service time
A specific wait time
A specific stylist or barber
A specific queue position
A specific service
A specific location’s availability
That the system information is current
That your request cannot be changed or canceled
That the location will be able to serve you at the estimated time

No Creation of Special Relationship
