Celebrating 20 Years of Just 4 Him: Then. Now. Next.

What a weekend! The Just 4 Him Leadership Retreat 2025 at the Golden Nugget Casino in Biloxi, MS, was nothing short of unforgettable. From September 6–8, barbers, managers, and leaders from across the Just 4 Him family came together to celebrate two decades of growth, connection, and craftsmanship and to look ahead at the future we’re building together.

A Weekend of Celebration

The retreat kicked off Saturday night with a 20-Year Anniversary Social. With hors d’oeuvres, music, and plenty of laughs, the evening set the tone for the entire event: a true celebration of where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re going.

Inspiring Sessions & Guest Speakers

On Sunday and Monday, the ballroom was alive with energy as our team dove into leadership classes and hands-on learning. We were honored to hear from an incredible lineup of speakers:

• Jōvan Figueroa – Lead Ambassador for STMNT Grooming, who shared creative insights blending artistry, faith, and innovation.

• Kevin McLary – Master Barber & Ambassador for The Holy Black, offering timeless barbering wisdom with a modern edge.

• Brandon Conner – Leadership speaker who inspired us to lead with vision, resilience, and heart.

• Hunter Brouwer – A passionate barber committed to precision, creativity, and client connection.

• Matt, Founder of The Holy Black – Reminded us of the power of authenticity and craftsmanship in grooming.

The Hands-On Cutting Session on Sunday was a highlight for many, giving barbers the chance to share techniques, refine skills, and collaborate in a relaxed, open format. Clippers buzzed, ideas flowed, and the passion for the craft was on full display.
